- In order to configure your Claritysoft CRM to work with Microsoft Outlook, you must first install the Claritysoft Outlook Plugin.
The setup can be installed for all users or for current user. Roaming User Profiles on a terminal server or users with AppData folder on a shared network, will require per computer setup (for all users).
